Rather than buying bottled-factory-made chocolate paste, here's an old fashioned recipe from my wonderful grandmother.
- chocolate powder
- sugar
- maize
- boiled water (or fresh milk)
Mix all ingredients, stir over simmering stove. Taste.
I do not put the amount of the recipe since there's none. :)
My grandmother used to say: use your feeling, then taste it.
Daripada membeli cokelat pasta buatan pabrik, ada resep dari Emak (nenek) saya yang lezat dan sehat.
Bahan-bahan:
- cokelat bubuk
- gula
- tepung maizena (dicairkan dengan sedikit air, untuk mengentalkan)
- air (atau susu panas)
Campurkan semua bahan, aduk di atas kompor dengan api kecil.
Resep Emak tidak pernah ada takaran, karena petuah Emak selalu: cicipi, kalau sudah enak, ya sudah. Hehehe.
